Create Job Agent:

Haven't found what you're looking for? Sign-up for your own Job Agent to search our job postings and identify potential matches based on your skill set. It's easy. All you need to do is enter your name and email address, upload your résumé, select how close of a match you'd like and the frequency you'd like to be notified. Do this once and you'll be notified when job postings meet your criteria.

Associate Position Change Policy:

It is the policy of CareCentrix to identify and select the most qualified candidates for any open positions and to encourage Associates to seek opportunities for advancement within CareCentrix.

All associates who wish to apply for a posted position eligibility requirements must meet the minimum qualifications of the job description and meet the following:

  1. An Associate must apply for a new position to their immediate supervisor, and the hiring supervisor. Complete and attach the Approval for Internal Interview Form along with your updated resume to the position of interest. (Certain positions may require additional approvals in accordance with company hiring policies).
  2. Internal candidates for positions may at times be considered along with any external candidates.
  3. Associates involved in any stage of disciplinary action will not be granted a position change until the disciplinary action is resolved.
  4. The Associate should be moved into the new position within a reasonable timeframe, to be agreed upon by current and future manager.
  5. An Associate must satisfactorily (based on criteria from the skills checklist for the new position) complete at least six (6) months in a position before being eligible to transfer to a different position.
  6. Associates may be transferred from one position to another as a result of a decision by CareCentrix.
